Returns Policy

Diamond Emporium accepts returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order.

A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is required before any item may be returned. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all documentation and packaging intact.

An administration fee of R500 applies to all returns. Custom-designed and made-to-order rings are non-refundable. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA Section 56) are not affected by this policy.
